Wooden cypress root ball seat stumps that add to the theme of the house. The back deck is also Trex decking with high top dining table that seats 8. BBQ grill. Stairs to graveled area with wood burning Buc ee's fire pit. 4 Adirondack chairs included. The lower yard deck features Trex decking, a slide and 4 patio chairs. Patio LED string lighting. The lake front dock has Trex decking with 2 Adirondack chairs and a dock storage box for life vests, etc. Canoe included. The roofs were recently replaced.
